Vestibular rehabilitation (also known as dizziness therapy \/ dizziness training) is an evidence-based and effective therapy for dizziness. As emphasized in the videos, we recommend that this therapy and the exercises should definitely be performed by specialized therapists. The exercises are simple and ideal for getting started with the therapy. In order to reduce the symptoms<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>in the long term, the exercises must be steadily increased so that they correspond to the high level of everyday life!
